Okay, I have a rant.

I am sick and tired of these women in my office and their damn DIETS! I can't eat this, I can't eat that... (Oh, please. You can eat whatever you want.) But I don't have time to exercise. (No, that isn't true, if you really wanted to, you would MAKE the time.)

If people want to diet, that's fine by me, that's their business. But I don't need a frickin play-by-play account!
