This is incorrect. We've had this misunderstanding on a thread here already.

The Nigerian Supreme Court has not considered the case yet - the hearing had been set for March, but was postponed because of a General Election in Nigeria. The June 3rd date is the date at which the Supreme Court is to hear the case. Some people have misunderstood this, hence the email and other emails.

This doesn't mean it isn't an appalling case, and one where people should be active in protesting. But it's best to get the facts correct.
