Mr. Hope has written several books, which contain much of his wit, and wisdom. The books tell all about his travels overseas to entertain troops, as well as much about popular personalities--all good. The "road pictures" contain a great deal of ad libs from both Mr. Hope & Mr. Crosby. It was common that the script was not followed.
