I would suggest that you ask at your library for the beautifully produced magazine "Goldberg," the Early Music Magazine. Many of the best recordings are in the catalogues of Auvidis Astree, Harmonia Mundi, Hyperion, Sony Hispanica and especially Alia Vox and Glossa. The last two are Spanish labels and has mostly Spanish transcriptions, but some English. Most of these labels are in the "import" class.
The great religious masterpieces of Victoria, Morales, Escobedo, Cardoso and Guerrero of the Spanish Baroque belong here. Especially recommended are the recordings prepared and led by Jordi Savall on Auvidis.

A beautiful collection of songs is the 3-cd album Realities et Mirages, music of the court of Phillip II on Glossa. There are two editions, one with book in Spanish and English, the other with French translation. Glossa puts out a catalogue: Glossa Music- Francisco de Mora, 13-28280 El Escorial, Spain/España.

Also recommended is the boxed set "La Bomba," Musica en la Corte de España, Jordi Savall and Hesperion XX, 3-cd, on Auvidis label. Booklet, but not complete lyrics. Auvidis at http://www.auvidis.com or e-mail auvidis@mx3.redestb.es
A beautiful cd is Morales, Requiem, Music for Philip II, Archiv 457 597-2, Gabrielli Consort. Alos Requiem, Frei Manuel Cardoso (Port.), Tallis Scholars, Gimell CDGIM 021, with complete text.
