If you like vocal polyphony, the Victoria Requiem (Officium Defunctorum 1605) on the Archiv label, performed by The Gabrieli Consort led by Paul McCreesh, is simply unbeatable (catalogue number is 447-095-2). I also highly second Q's recommendation of the Morales.
