As I understand it, "Seventeen Come Sunday" is one of perhaps 17 names given to "The Lady and the Soldier" or "The Soldier and the Lady," or "How Old are You My Pretty Little Miss," etc. My mother used to sing a version called "Deutscher, Deutscher, Will You Marry Me." Old songs often have a different name in every village. Thus defeating logical taxonomy.

Or is there a different song by that name?
