The kind of unbiased "news" you get from the likes of Rupert Murdock: Fox News Channel displayed a photograph of the heads of state of France, Germany, and Russia and captioned it "The Axis of Weasel." This sort of thing shows their editorial slant. Pure Bush Administration propaganda, and, of course, it masquerades as a "news channel." How do I know this, Doug? I do watch it. I don't like to be told what I'm supposed to believe, so I don't rely on any U. S. news service. Fortunately the internet provides access to news services in other countries, so I get a fairly panoramic view of what's really going on by reading a wide variety of sources. Readily available to anyone who wants to go to the effort, judge the veracity of the sources, and learn to think for themselves.
