I'm happy knowing that I will have paid for mine this time fortnight, and it's wending its merry way across the seas.

Patience is a virtue and good things come to those who wait. Being polite gets you a lot further than being rude - I know, because if anyone calling my place of work is rude to me, they get put on hold and I shunt them round 3 other departments, THEN tell them we can't help and to ring another office, just to teach them a lesson! In the past I've even told a caller that I had no obligation to help him if he was going to call me names and put the phone down on him. When he called my manager to complain, she put the phone down on him too because he was equally rude to her!

So chill out, lay back and eat some chocolate - after all, that's what this is about isn't it!
