I could have mentioned that at least in IE you can click the "File" tab at the top and choose Import/Export and save your session cookies to a floppy disk. Then you'd have to do the same thing to "import" them back to IE before you hook up to the 'cat again.

Of course, any system that autodeletes cookies may have disabled the import/export too, and it seems a lot more complicated than just logging back in to me.

If it works on the machines you use, it might be useful if you have quite a few sites that you'd like save cookies for - say your investment plan, and bank accounts and such - as well as mudcat.
