I'm starting to worry that this is one of those scams we hear so much about.

Maybe it works this way: I send in all the North Americans I can collect and they tell me it's not enough and I should have read the fine print, or they tell me that I am disqualified because according to the fine print Mexicans aren't considered to be North Americans.
