This is hysterical. Doesn't Texas have a part-time legislature? They wouldn't have to be out of the state for long. Unfortunately, that means legislation that could be needed also won't get reviewed.

While it's good to see that large of a group of politicians with backbone... fortunately, it looks like this particular tactic isn't used very often!
