As I recall, the one person who could neutralize Evil-Eye Fleegle's double whammy was Mammy Yokum. I don't remember what it was called, but she had the equivalent eyeball power, but for Good rather than Evil. Whenever the two of them squared off, it was like a Star Trek phaser battle between starships.
