I guess my fellow Canucks are too busy getting ready for the long weekend to comment. Our 75km run today was great. Lots of deer, moose, bear, partridge, hawks, and the like. Lots of mud holes and water up to the headlights. Fried up some fresh speckles for lunch, twice... had to, nudge, nudge, wink, wink. Some shockin good !!!

Unfortunately, we received word by cell phone that a mother-in-law of one of the lads landed in hospital in bad shape so we had to head back home. On our way, on the local highway, between 17:00h and 17:45h, we saw over two hundred canoes on vehicles heading north, and there wasn't a lot of traffic !
