I heard one back in the 1970's called Catalog Woman, but I have no idea where you could find it. The chorus goes:

Catalog Woman, that's what they call me,
Out in Missouri and Oklahomee.*
But there's lots worse things that a girl could be
Than a Catalog Woman.

*(not a misprint, it was sung as a long "e")
