The directions for the Six Bells are: Go to Barton, turn right at the roundabout at the bottom of the hill, signed Barrow, and four miles later, turn right at the mini-roundabout, and follow the road down into the centre of the village of Barrow. Turn sharp left into the village centre, and the Six Bells is in the square, but is not the Royal Oak.
