Parade kicks off at 10:00 AM St. Paul and 23rd goes up St. Paul to 33rd left on 33rd left on N. Charles and ends at the festival in the Wyman Park Dell- lots of music stages, great food and micro brews....you can bring in your own food and drink...its free....
