Oh, and one more thing, Margarita - you say you want to be told how to operate these programs "step by step." That's a big mistake. What you need to do with software is explore it and play with it, and find out for yourself how it works and what it will do. If you look for the logic of computer programs rather than seeking instructions, you'll have a lot more fun and you'll learn a whole lot more.
That's why it bugs me that managers always seem to want to prevent their employees from playing games and doing personal stuff on computers - employees can learn a lot that way.
I think I heard that members of Congress wanted all games, even solitaire and hearts, removed from U.S. Government computers so employees wouldn't waste time. That's a big mistake - solitaire and hearts are two of the best computer instructors in the business. Hope that helps.
