to be logical...if you believe in sepearation of church and state then the government should not be able to prevent religious discrimination in hiring by religious organizations. if you DON'T believe in seperation of church and state - then the goverment can make rulings about dicrimination based on religion.

Oddly enough - that sentence seems totally divorced from the rest of the article.
