also, about girl groups. girl group dynamics are very difficult to get right, there's usually some sort of bitching/rivalry/jealousy. i know, i went to an all girls school. they'll often drag a lad in just to keep the daggers at bay! rehearsals often descend into "i'll just put the kettle on and we'll have a break" and chatting. Maybe my girl groups were just never really committed enough...
