Well chaps and chapesses I have my new pipes! You will be relieved to know that they are not as loud as I thought they would be. But by God they sound great (when someone who can play them does so) they are totally different from my Smallpipes and will take some hard work on my part before they apear in public - so I'd better get on with it!
