Continuity of Govt

This one's for you Don Firth. Lots of talk lately about a 'constitutional convention'. Seems the 22nd Amendment isn't the only outdated concept...they want to make it legal for foreign-borns to be President. Which would pave the way for Schwarzenegger to become Gov of California, then President. Oh, and that Bill of Rights stuff would be 'adjusted', too.
