I just listened to it at the site. The differences between what is listed above and what I heard are:

Line 5: There are long boats and short boats and all sorts of craft...

Line 11: Or you might like to scull in a glass-fibred hull...

Line 19 sounds like "trots and" to me also but "There are pontoons and [yachts with] all sorts of knots" makes more sense and fits the style of the song. What I mean is that stylistically, comparisons within a line or couplet seem to compare extremes.

If the author is still alive, it may make sense to ask him what he intended.
