O.K. So now work begins on the kitchen/bedrooms? Plenty of MDF needed, I'll warrant. Hows about getting that poncy git on the telly with all the flouncy clobber to design you a new bathroom? Sort of "Regency with Rubber" comes to mind, or mebbe some flock wallpaper................. Decking! You never mentioned Decking!
