OK, I admit it - I can't keep away from the place :-)

Col K took me, The Badger and Firecat (her first visit) up to Whitby for the afternoon and then on to Guisborough for the evening. It was the Bunkhouse (country and western type music) as it was a Monday.

The faces on Magician and Gillie were a picture, but we were not immediately barred and encouraged to take up the offer of overnight accomodation (thanks for the beds!).

The ale was well up to standard with Caledonian Deuchars IPA as guest beer this month.

Folk News:- there is now a club there on the second Tuesday of the month. It's a singers club but I understand there will be occasional guests.
