I'm not the world's most savvy person when it comes to real estate and finance. A person with adequate finances can go into a recreational vehicle dealership and drive away in a $100,000 Winnebago in a few hours. If that same person wants to buy a $100,000 house it involves a mountain of paperwork, weeks of hassles and the involvement of lawyers. What's so different about a house that rolls and one that sits still?
