Instant coffee and regular tea have roughly the same caffien. Filter coffe has about double so 70% puts it less than regular tea. A result!Personally I prefer instant and weak at that and never drink tea but it has to be said they are all aquired tastes - ask anyone who never drinks cola what their reaction is ---
