Perhaps there could be a Fair attached to the Festival where there could be People rides. Everybody brings their Pony and it gets a ride on a Person.

There could be a "not frightening in the slightest" Train!
The main event Stage could book Barry Manilow, performing an evening of Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan songs accompanied by the Sym phony Orchestra or better still he could perhaps be backed by the New York Phillacronic Orchestra.
