OK Andreas, I think I've begun to understand your itinerary.
    Cycling through Cheshire and Lancashire is a treat as John J would confirm, so your trip from Manchester to Liverpool should be very enjoyable. Most of the local folk clubs close during late July and August, so I don't know what singing or music sessions will be available.
