But surely, if they actually hand out the awards, they are negating their own criteria?

Anyway - anyone as wants to come, Saturday July 19th, any time after 3.00pm. PM me for the address if you don't already know it - we're in East London, not far from a District line station and on a fairly major bus route. Nothing so elaborate as Dave Bryant's affairs, but some beer, some music, some nibbly stuff, some concrete and everyone gets to take half a brick home with them afterwards if they want (saves me taking them to the tip!).....
