I'd love to have been able to send rain to the west and southwest this weekend. It was the WETTEST Clearwater Festival I have ever seen, and I've been doing it for 16 years. By the end of Saturday, I was completely soaked, the inside of my raincoat was wet, and I was mud up to my hip, from falling down. (But I didn't drop my dinner!) Volunteers left in droves and the audience stayed away in similar numbers... and we had fantastic storytellers! I hate to complain, but couldn't today's sun have come yesterday?
