Thanks peasant for the "correct" version, between "the folk process" (ie in a couple of places the singer appears to be singing slightly different words) and the "accent" I was having difficulty identifying the words being sung.

BTW I'm still not entirely sure what the 2nd half of the 5th verse means, any chance of a translation?
