Gee, that's a tough one, but then you always give us good challenges. I have to admit I'm stumped. Putting the words into the Digital Tradition search engine came up with nothing. The International Lyrics Server (click) has reopened with some really nasty restrictions, and it shows 44 songs that have the words "if I ever get to heaven it will be because of you" (not necessarily in that order, I guess).
