And there was me thinking it was about Max the titloving cat.... although, come to think of it, he's about as killer as your average rabbit (Monty Python fans need not comment... I said AVERAGE!), but he was on the loose.

We lost him a couple of days ago. Bratling and I canvassed the area on Friday, when we heard a report of him hiding in a front garden, fending off all comers with spits, growls and hisses. Apparently, our tit loving kitty, mild as milk and twice as wet, was fending off all offers of assistance, with violent action. We found him about 30 mins later, by sheer dint of knocking on every door down the street. Everyone who answered had seen him, and all testified to his ferocity. When we got to the last house in the row, the owner said 'oh yes, she's (sic) out the back and won't let us near her!' I called and out he trotted, good as gold, into my arms and home, where he's not moved off the sofa or our bed for more than 20 minutes at a time, and then only for food and potty breaks!

And Morty - I must admit, when I found out where the incidents were happening, I too, thought of Loki.....
