Two significant women of the century in my mind and one of them (Dorothy Parker) wrote of the other (Katherine Hepburn): "Her emotions ran the gamut from A to B." Oh well......

Karen and I are great fans. We have known for some time that her passing was near but she certainly had a great run. If I'm ever asked what love is I will suggest that listening to and reading Katherine Hepburn's letters to Spencer after his death put it far better than anyone I can think of.

She was indeed the last of the old Hollywood, but she was also the best.
