I'm thinking about buying a clarinet. I play pennywhistle and recorder. The clarinet appeals because of the range of music it covers: Klezmer, Jazz, Classical, Balkans, Breton etc. I have even heard it used for Irish music, and it seemed to work well. Any advice, Any thoughts appreciated.
