I do some work for Victim Support and some of the training deals with the way in which one thing can lead to another and then onto the things that affect other people.

OK, this time the guy was only looking at the pictures, but what happens if he wants more. I know that the producers are the ones that are making the money, but, like everything else, it comes down to supply and demand. If there are people out there who want to look at pictures of naked children - and worse - then there are others who will supply that need. There's also the fact that, for some people, they have to go on to bigger and 'better' sensations and could graduate to actually harming children for real. If there was more of a fear that being caught looking would bring about serious censure of some kind then maybe some of these people would think twice about looking.

I would definitely let the police know.
