The Radio Ballads were...like the Revival, a product of the times.I remember hearing them on the wireless out in the remote West of Scotland when they were first broadcast.It was amazing..real people sing ing about their life and work,something that everyone could relate to at that time.I went searching for more Folk music and have been trapped ever since
