I got rid of my mouse about two years ago and went to an ergonomic (sp) trackball, which is easier on my wrist and elbow, but I still use a gel pad for my wrist and I have to remind myself to take my hand off of the trackball and remember to flex my fingers or I think my hand would freeze in that position!**bg**
