Unfortunately I shall be in Newark beginning of September, celebrating my grandson's third birthday and I don't think I'd be in good odour if I skipped that one, even for the music.

I think the Lion is Tuesday week (I hope so) as I booked the date so as not to clash. Maybe Kevin or Derek will let us know. One of our local group finds Tuesdays a bit difficult so, if this one is a success, I'm going to explore the possibility of a Sunday night once a month, making sure that it doesn't clash with Green Tye!

I really am looking forward to putting names to faces next week. Billy - I'll try not to clash with the stillettos and tracksuit. Pink isn't my colour anyway.
