THe blatant give-aways are the inexecrable English and the fact that the return-path shown in the Internet headers is someone named kennys5 at hotmail.com.   Very creative sense of detail but pathetic ignorance revealed in the writing.

Note that there is no Regio Private Bank in Switzerland -- there is a Regio Bank in Holland, but it is national only.
