Good luck with the plans - there hasn't been any kind of folk festival in London that I can remember except the year when the National had to be moved to C# house because of foot and mouth disease (the usual venue is an agricultural college...)
Don't have it on December 7th please - Martyn Wyndham Read's Maypoles to Mistletoe concert is on at C# house and I can't be at both!
