There are 3 or 4 (at least) pages that I'd LOVE to have even scans or photo-copies of... To hold me over until it's back in print and I can buy it...

Anybody here help me out?

I'd even swap a cd of my -Folk Music Vid Collection- for a copy of the whole book...
