Thanks Sorcha, I found the gemworld site. I've just gone back and revisited all the sites I looked at yesterday and did what I should have done then - copied the site addresses. I still haven't done any work today, but tonight - maybe - I'll cut and paste all the addresses in here.

I was really hoping to get some real life experiences from people here to add to the recipe info, e.g. favourite recipes, tips & tricks etc. And also any ideas/thoughts etc on the claims for medicinal benefits.
