Lynette, what makes you sure the woman is your grandmother? Alice Blue Gown was a common phrase & could have been used on many occasions.

On the front it says "PRINTED IN THE USA", "ALICE BLUE GOWN" and "copyright K. CO. INC, BENDIX PAPER COMPANY, NY". The company that framed it stuck a label on the back saying it was No. 8058, Title - Alice Blue Gown & Artist - (left blank) & it cost 18/3. I assume it was a mass produced print.
