Thanks to bbc for telling me of this thread. I have been down the list several times but this one seems to have escaped me completely.

Thanks to all for the birthday wishes and the support while I am so far away from home. My birthday was fine because of all the support I got from my friends and because the goddess of coincidence stretched forth her had and blessed me with mail on that day. And the mail included birthday cards and two packages. Actually it included three packages but the third one was a bundle of forwarded mail from Charley Noble and included mostly bills.
