Yum! We love nettles at our house. Another good way to fix them is to partially cook chicken breast on the grill, wrap them with nettle leaves, add a little garlic, lemon and olive oil, wrap the whole shebang in foil, and finish cooking on grill until the chicken breasts are done. They are also good steamed just like you would kale or other greens.
