What I have read in the past is that Preparation H and similar products may be useful in reducing puffiness and swelling around the eyes. However, there are eye creams out there that will do the same thing. Also, a nice cold cloth over the eyes is very soothing.

As for wrinkles... well, you ain't going to get rid of them entirely. The best defense is to use sunscreen every day, and take good care of your skin. Alpha hydroxy acid products are good for reducing the appearance of some lines and wrinkles, and will make the skin smoother overall.
