It's hot in Tennessee. Although, this year, it got hotter a little later than usual. I didn't notice the nettles until at least May. But we will have them until probably October. And it could be that Tennessee nettles are a different species than Irish nettles. I don't know. Anyhow, I didn't get out today to get some, but it's on the menu for tomorrow.

So if I dry the leaves for tea, I should still wear gloves when handling the dried leaves?
