Thanks for those lovely rhymes Andy. We missed you last night at the Open Door. Be careful cycling in this heatwave - I got a touch of sunstroke after 6 hours in the Welsh hills on Saturday! Wastwater and Buttermere should be good, but I seem to remember that some of the hills had only uphill slopes so you will need all your gears.
