Don't try a dip on Wastwater if you get too hot Andy. It's a lot deep and very cold! Sprinkling tarn at about 1000' up the valley between Scafell and Great Gable is worth dipping your tootsies in though:-)
Try a ride on little Ratty out of Ravenglass if you get chance and have a good scout about Eskdale as well. Very pretty indeed.
How did you enjoy the Isle of Mann btw? Keep us posted.
